Maybe you can borrow a Lowrance HDS from another boater close to you. I don't think there is one particular device on a NMEA-2000 network that is supposed to act as the master device in address negotiation.Īs I suggested earlier, a reasonable test will be to remove the GO9 from the network, and attach some other multi-function display device that can show information about the devices attached to the network.
